Behold I stand at the door and knock.

Revelation 3: 20 says 'Behold, I stand at the door and knock ; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me.' Now where would that door be?  What would it sound like?  Would you hear your name?  When is this supposed to happen, and how would I experience it? Let's break it down: Where is the door?  The obvious answer is the door to your heart.  Every Christian knows that, but they more than like don't know what it really means.  Is there a literal door on the heart?  No, not really.  Is this a metaphor?  No, actually it isn't.   Here's something I have been experiencing and I haven't told anyone until now.  There is a door in your heart.  It's real, and it exists, but you can only use your thoughts and imagination in order to look for it. What does the door look like and what does it sound like?  Well, since it is left up to the imagination to fill...

Help me, so I can help you.

I could use your help.  I want to help all of you understand, but I am in a bit of a quandary. I don't think the message is getting out. As more people understand, the more likely is that reality will shift to our favor.  In other words, it helps you the more other people know about the information contained here and in my book "why." This can only be accomplished by two actions. 1) Talk to others about the contents in the book.  Every time I do, it generates interest.  Don't try to explain it.  That only come through discovery on their own. 2) Point people to this blog.  The point of this blog is also to give little tidbits of information from the book and to expand on some of the topics therein. The reason why I say this, is because a lot of people are seeing their lives put on hold.  Almost like they can't move forward in life or anything and as a result, their lives are starting to suffer.  Think of it like this.  Everyone i...

If I could change it, I would have already done so.

If only this were better.  If only our lives were better.  If there was something that would take a difficult life and make it more palatable, then why doesn't the whole law of attraction cause that to happen? You better be sitting down, because it's not going to go well. There is no amount of effort you can put into something that will cause it to go away.  The dirt that you keep sweeping off the floor, it keeps coming back.  That job where the work load just never ends, well, it just won't. That's not the nature of the universe.  Yes, you are going to feel buried by all of it. Then something else happens, maybe you get in a car accident.  Maybe a coworker had a mishap and you have to carry their load too.  Or financially, you are near bankruptcy. It doesn't seem to get any better.  Does it? Get this straight.  You have chosen to take on this role, and you are supposed to go through it.  If this doesn't make sense, maybe you...

This book is a bit scary

Okay let's work some logic here. Fact:  I was stung by yellow-jackets Fact:  I did experience anaphylactic shock Fact:  I never knew before that moment, I was allergic to yellow-jackets and bees. Speculative Fact:  I did have a Near Death Experience (NDE) It all falls on this speculative fact about having a NDE.  Either it did happen or it didn't.  Regardless of whether it did or did not happen, most of the material is how I have been perceiving reality anyway.  I guess I needed to be prodded into writing it down. The part that is scary is if the NDE was real. So if you read the book, you know what I experienced, what I saw, and what was told to me.  It's the obvious conclusions that can be reached. First is that if heaven wants to speak to you in person, they will cause an accident like this to happen.  Yes, they will slightly kill you to send a message. Second is that apparently this book is important to them, and that I wri...

Reassurance and how the book changed how I view God

I have to say, that this book means a lot to me. When I started writing, I knew I had to get as much down as I could.  What I knew when I woke up in early 2018 was that everything had a specific reason... because they are supposed to. When you start looking at the things going on around you, everything seems so chaotically random.  But the more you look at those things, they seem to come and go like waves on the ocean. We go from moments where everyone is healthy into cold season and then everyone seems to catch "the bug" going around.  It kind of like that with most illnesses or bodily issues.  It's this idea that we attract like things to be around us. If you ever saw the Keanu Reeves movie "Little Buddha", one of the things Buddha was trying to find was the reason to why people suffered. That morning, the reason was simple.  They suffer because they are supposed to.  When you come to that realization, then you start seeing that your life is eit...

For when you are sitting in heavy traffic.

Every single car that you see has at least one person driving it.  Chances are unless you have hundreds of friends, the likelihood that one of those cars contains someone you know is quite remote. Consider this:  Each person in each car is living a life that parallels your own.  They just want to do what they have to do and get on with the next bit. But what if that next bit isn't all that common?  So, they go home, eat, interact with their family, and then go to bed.  Maybe they took time for a hobby or maybe some meditation or prayer. What if there is a deeper purpose to all of these people living common ordinary lives? I wrote in my book "why." that every person is important.  It's a gigantic chess board with billions of pieces and even more squares than you mind can perceive or understand. And they are all doing something rather specific to show you something...  that they are here! Also you don't know a single one of them! The saying...

The beautiful people

Image
One of the things I like to point out, is when it comes to other people or things, that those are the things we need to see beauty in. Let me put it this way, beauty while being in the eye of the beholder, is impossible if you don't see others as beautiful.  Therefore, any time you see someone (or some thing) you don't think as beautiful, or fit the standard form of what seems to be beautiful, that is in fact what you are missing.  That person is beautiful, and you haven't known it yet. Those people are the beautiful ones.  Maybe they don't fit into your definition of beautiful, but that's because you are too shallow to look further. There is an ornate uniqueness that you are missing out.  Say hello to the beautiful people.

When did your life go from normal to ridiculous?

If you think life has been absolutely perfect in every aspect for you, then this isn't for you.  One of the things I noticed as I was writing the book was this thing about how when you know what is coming or have an idea, it gets a little weird. So things happen, and we get that.  But there are also things that happen as well and it's those little things that when you get a moment to breathe, you get the feeling that this isn't exactly normal. How could it be normal?  Normal is what we would expect life to become, but that is not it.  That is not it at all. As near as I can figure, there is a really obvious reason that these crazed moments seem to keep happening.  It causes you to struggle, or get frustrated, or even feel like it is too much. It's like the paid tv ads that say, "But wait!  There's more!" In my book I describe what appears to be a thought or process behind the way your life has progressed and moved toward the direction it is in ...

Fellow Christian, have you really repented?

I want to do 2 things here.  First is to explain why I use Ho'oponopono in the book, and secondly I want to get you into the proper mind frame when you pray as you repent. What I like about Ho'o... is how the prayer is one of efficiency and directness.  It actually is a true prayer of repentance. It accomplishes it in 4 tasks. "I'm sorry."  I think this is one that you really have to feel in order for it to work.  Let's face it, we are not always the best people when it comes to others.  We rub certain people the wrong way, and it's like we are the superhero who has a mortal enemy.  We have failures that only we know about and don't tell others.  When you say you're sorry, you're going to have to really mean it.  There won't be any kind of response or feel like it has taken effect, until you truly mean what you are saying.  If you do it right, you should feel something. In the book, I said it's not a prayer to yourself.  However, ...

Stories about guardian angels...

In the book, I say that angels as well as many other different beings are all in this with us. This link to a Ranker.com story from Melissa Brinks about redditor's angel stories  is one I want to share with you. Note what purposes the angels provide.  Prevention from harm. I ask this question:  if an angel is trying to prevent you from harm and death, what purpose does that tell you about living? While it doesn't tell you what you are supposed to do, an angelic intervention is just a way of saying that you haven't done what you came here to do. You think everything happens by chance?

Why. A blog?

Just an introduction about this blog.  I am going to take some of the themes and topics from my book which is called "why." This book is available on Amazon in paperback or kindle format.   Get it Here! My book gives a rational and sensible reason as to how I see things, but it's something you'll have to read in order to know what reason I give to your existence now, at this time. Amazon does have a brief selection from my book for previewing.  I would suggest reading the preface, and if that doesn't spark the curiosity with what the book contains, then maybe it's not your time to read it? Maybe it's because you already have an answer?  Or maybe you just aren't able to handle the answer?  Either way, there's a reason for all of it, and I am fine if that's the way it plays out. The book does get its start from a Near Death Experience (NDE) and hopefully, and if I think it is relevant I will add on additional thoughts from my experience...
